In short: we keep only what the app needs to work, we sell nothing, show no ads and do not follow you around other sites.

What we keep and why

• Your email address, to sign you in and to write to you about your account and payments. Basis: our contract with you.
• What you write in the app: tasks, projects, clients, comments, attached files, settings. We store them and sync them between your devices. Basis: the contract.
• Technical data: IP address and request times, kept briefly in server logs, for security and to stop abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.
• Payment, if you move to Pro: Stripe handles it. We never see or store your card details; we receive only the subscription status and invoices. Basis: the contract and legal accounting duties.

Who else sees it

Only the providers the service cannot run without, bound by contract to use the data only for us: Stripe (payments), the company hosting the server and the provider that sends our emails. We give your data to no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. What you delete waits 30 days in the trash, then is gone for good. When you delete your account, we delete everything that belongs to it at once. Invoices stay with Stripe for as long as the law requires.

Cookies and local storage

We use one cookie for your sign-in session and one for the language you chose. The app keeps a copy of your data in your browser so it works offline. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask any time to see, correct or delete your data, and take it with you: in the app, “Download your data” and “Delete account” do this directly. You can object to any processing or write to us at the address above with any question. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in Romania that is ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
